Description: Yuki is known as a Price at his school and is very popular with the ladies although none of their affections are returned. Until Tohru came to live with the Sohma's, he had not been especially friendly with any one person. His friendship with Tohru causes no end of grief for the Price Yuki Fanclub. Yuki is incredibly smart, witty, and athletic. He is possessed by the spirit of the rat and his biggest rival, holding true to the legend, is his cousin Kyo who is possessed by the spirit of the cat.
Love: While on first watch/read of Furuba, it appears that Yuki has a romantic interest in Tohru but once I re-read it, it wasn't the case at all. He sees Tohru as the mother he never had. In the end, Yuki starts to have feelings for his fellow Student Defense Force member, Machi.
Friendship: Yuki is very nice to Tohru and always worries about her and helps her with her studies. They have a very deep bond as members of the same household. He and Tohru take care of their secret base aka the vegetable garden. Yuki and Shigure were housemates prior to Tohru and Kyo moving in and they get along rather well. Shigure is good friends with Yuki's older brother, Ayame. Shigure took Yuki in when he decided he no longer wanted to reside in the main house.
