Summary: It's time for the school festival and everyone is asked to contribute ideas as to what their class can do for the festival. After some good and not-so-good suggestions, it is decided that they will be having an onigiri stand! Kyo gets angry that his idea was one of the disliked ones and he is found by a herd of kittens. He then proceeds to his sulking place-the roof, and Tohru goes to talk with him. Turns out that Kyo is jealous of Yuki and his ability to get along with normal people.
Back at Sohma house, Tohru is busy making rice balls when Kyo comes in hungry. He makes himself one and as he is leaving Tohru tells him that people can't see their own good qualities, they can only see the qualities in other people.
At the festival, Yuki is forced into a dress to attract attention to the booth. A boy runs up to Yuki who turns out to be Momiji Sohma, the rabbit. Rashly, he jumps to hug Tohru and transforms. Luckily, Yuki distracts everyone and gets the attention away from Momiji. With Momiji is Hatori, the Sohma family doctor and cousin. As it turns out, he came to do Yuki's checkup since he has weak bronchial tubes. Escaping to the roof after the Momiji commotion, Yuki warns Tohru that Hatori is the one who erases peoples memories and to not be alone with him. Back inside, Tohru is paged to see a visitor. Unsure of whom it is, she goes to see them. Sure enough, it is Hatori! He wants her to visit him at the main Sohma estate-alone! Momiji says that he will be there, and she reluctantly agrees. Is he going to erase her memory?
